Folklore Society Gin

I worked on the illustration and custom typography for Folklore Society Gin, a collaboration that owes its existence to Yorkshire. The project showcases the skills of three different partners; Allied Glass manufacturing and decoration, Leeds Gin did distillation and the design and concept was done by myself as part of Analogue Creative.

The illustration on this bottle depicts a Yorkshire folk tale about the Witch of Todmorden Moor.

A beautiful and wealthy heiress known as Lady Sybil. She was captivated by the landscape; consumed by a yearning to become at one with nature. To satisfy this craving, Sybil traded her soul for the gift of witchcraft, allowing her to roam the moors in a form of her choosing.
